NaNoWriMo Options
Oct. 19th, 2010 09:04 pmOkay, class. So here's the story. November is a notoriously bad month to try and make me concentrate on a prolonged project (why the hell did they pick November again?). I had AUSA, I have Thanksgiving, I have my birthday, I have Yuletide... But I had fun last year and I made the 50K with my short story collage. So I'm thinking of options and I would like the input of anyone who cares.
* The same as last year. Filling prompts with whatever strikes my fancy.
* Using the prompts but working with a set list of characters. I can do this a few ways.
1) Pick one (or three) character(s) and do the whole month with them.
2) Make a list of characters, number them, and each day I can only write with that character
3) Put all the characters in a hat and be really bloody random
* Write a straight-out awful romance novel.
* Write a supernatural romance novel ala Jackie in her future career.
Other suggestions?
Also - Red is fuckin' amazing. I want to be Helen Mirren when I grow up and I kinda really wanna do really bad things to Bruce Willis directly after the car scene.
